Private Practice Small Business Coaching

I founded Esperanza Counseling & Consulting PLLC in 2016.

I was scared, I was anxious, and I was determined. I am so grateful for my courage over eigh years ago because my practice has liberated me in ways that I could not ever have imagined. 

By walking in trust, I freed myself from authoritarian supervisors and dehumanizing and exploitative work places. I gained authority over my life. I centered my authentic intentions, my hopes and dreams and manifested them. I began healing my mind, heart, body and spirit. I began un-rooting scarcity and releasing fears of falling back into poverty. I reclaimed abundance, gaining financial and time freedom in the process. 

Through my small business coaching, I support other BIPOC in the manifestation of their ideal life, in building an authentic practice, re-defining success, and creating sustainability. Together we grow our impact, we fund our practice, and we share generously from the overflow.  

Topics that I enjoy discussing as a coach include:

• the impact of oppression on our core beliefs about ourselves, our money, our work, and our definition of success 

• imposter syndrome, inner critics, and respectability politics 

• supporting abundance mindset and dreaming outside of capitalism

• work and life balance and being good bosses to ourselves, self care and mutual aid, and promoting our sustainability as healers

• creating different revenue streams and passive income
